1. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the apartments that have been approved. If you have received our flyer then you are part of the members we can help.
2. What days and times do you deliver?
Deliveries are made Tuesday – Thursday 8am–6pm. You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during checkout.
3. Is there a delivery fee?
No delivery fee for all subscribed members. We are here to save you money!
4. How fresh is the fruit?
Extremely fresh! We source fruit daily from trusted local farms and suppliers, and your order is packed shortly before delivery.
5. What if I’m not home during delivery?
No problem! You can provide delivery instructions at checkout. We can leave the box in a shaded area or with a concierge/neighbour if allowed.
6. What should I do if something is missing or damaged?
We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via info@gabrielfresh.com.au, and we’ll make it right. We are here to serve you!
